Lately something has pushed me to try automatic writing,
it has been an amazing experience
Even now, writing about it, the palms of my hands get hot and are burning

At first I thought it looked just like scribbles
My logical mind couldn’t make sense of it
Until I let it go
And just sat with her

Can you feel it too?

The love in her heart is flowing over
And spilling out of the painting
Touching yours

And her message becomes clear
Like a bell singing in the wind
